While stock options were once the favorite tool for attracting top quality people, times have changed... accounting standards have changed, market conditions have changed. Everything has changed and so has Serviance Media. We no longer offer stock options and prefer to pay out bonuses instead. Bonuses are based on company earnings, performance reviews based on your contributions, your growth and your goals obtained. For specific bonus payouts contact your assigned HR person.
